The Invitation by African Union Commission to Participate in a meeting of ECOSOCC Peace and Security Cluster

• At the opening meeting of the CSO Forum on the operationalization of the Livingstone Formula of the African Union in Lusaka, Zambia. Livingstone Formula is a mechanism for interaction between the Peace and Security Council of the AU and CSOs in the promotion of peace, security and stability in Africa.

• ECOSOCC organized a Civil Society Forum from November 3 – 5 in Lusaka, Zambia as a pre-event to the PSC Retreat planned for November 7 – 9 in Lusaka to adopt a 3 years action plan on the implementation of the Silencing the Guns in Africa by 2020 in the first 10 years of the Agenda 2063.
